Summary
Main Purpose of Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Performance and Insight Team as a Performance Researcher. You will be responsible for a the provisions of data and research in relation to organisational performance understanding, supporting data requirements for strategic and tactical level meetings as well as data provisions for external partners. In addition to this, you will support Freedom of Information requests in compliance with legislation.
You will need to keep abreast of both local and national changes within policing such as crime recording and process changes, that may impact performance and associated data.
Additionally, you will also support the development of Power BI products to enable data extraction and performance management, including initial development and maintenance of reports to ensure continued relevance.
