Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Salary: Up to £58,000pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 4:30PM / Overtime available

Tru Talent are very excited to be working with a local, family-run plumbing and heating company based in Ferndown, Dorset.
We are looking for an Experienced Gas Engineer to join their domestic team, where you will use your extensive knowledge to install, service, maintain, and repair domestic boilers and heating systems within the BH postcode area. My client is looking for someone to start within the next 4 weeks.
Main responsibilities of a Gas Engineer:
• Diagnose and repair boiler breakdowns across all domestic boiler types
• Carry out repairs and replace parts on various heating systems
• Complete full system installations, including Gas Safe sign-off and commissioning
• Perform general plumbing work as needed
• Conduct Gas Safety Inspections and boiler servicing
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests for reported boiler faults
About you:
• At least 5 years of experience in the industry
• Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Expertise in breakdown diagnostics and fault finding
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Confident in servicing boilers to a high standard
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Gas Safe qualified (essential)
• Experience conducting Gas Safety Inspections
• Must reside within the BH postcode area
