Summary

Working for an adult education charity, the role involves delivering administrative services to mature learners.

Applicants must be degree qualified with experience of providing administrative support services, ideally in an educational setting.

The ability to work with learners of all levels, displaying good communication, patience and creativity is essential. Most of all you must be interested in people and have a passion for their development.

Good knowledge of MS Office software is required along with general experience of working with databases. We will prioritise applications from people with demonstrable knowledge of the funding administration lifecycle also with an appreciation of importance of GDPR, confidentiality and information and guidance skills.

This is a part time position with daytime and evening shifts. UK based applicants only as ECC are not a Tier 2 company and therefore cannot sponsor work visas for those not already possessing the right to work in the UK.
