Summary
This exciting role will lead the day-to-day visitor operations across all The Auckland Project (TAP) sites combining operational excellence and efficiency with effective and engaging visitor experiences.
Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will lead the Visitor Operations team, developing an exemplar visitor experience that reflects the values of the organisation. You will liaise with other departments across the organisation to ensure that the attractions are presented to a consistently high standard and that our operations are safe and compliant.
The role will suit someone who identifies with TAP’s purpose and understands the importance of combining regenerative activity into the visitor operation as well as looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, multi-site visitor destination. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, be an articulate communicator, capable of building the confidence in colleagues and partners at all levels internally and externally. You will also have the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively in appropriate styles at all levels.
You must come with a proven track record of developing and leading an operations team in a visitor experience role. The role will also require flexibility and a willingness to be hand’s on when needed.
