Our dynamic and forward-thinking team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and ensure top-tier service throughout the restaurant.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage, train, and motivate team members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items, promotions, and seasonal changes.
- Ensure that restaurant policies, procedures, and company values are adhered to by all staff.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a busy restaurant floor.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
