W.D. Smith & Son is one of the leading growers of container bedding and vegetable plants in the UK. We are a family-run business and have been growing plants for over 80 years. As we approach our busiest period we require:
Temporary Seasonal Nursery Assistants, 8.5 hours a day Monday to Friday plus overtime (Inc. Weekends) during busy periods. £11.44 / hr + O/T
Based at our nursery near Wickford in Essex. This is a manual job sometimes working outside but usually in the glasshouses or production sheds, preparing plants for our customers. No previous experience is required.
