Providing operational management for projects and supporting teams as needed.
Who are we looking for?

Key skills and qualifications include:

Strong project and change management skills, including practical experience with techniques and tools.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrix management environment and manage conflicting priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with the health and social care research landscape or experience using project planning tools like Jira is desirable.
