We are looking for dedicated midwives to take part in the vital provision, oversight, and support of a comprehensive antenatal education program tailored to meet the unique needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Personalised Antenatal Education: Lead and deliver a full antenatal education program that is customised for each individual's needs, ensuring all families have the information and support they require
• · Comprehensive Care Across All Stages: Provide exceptional midwifery care during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods within a community setting, ensuring continuous support for women and their families
• · Promote the Highest Standards: Strive for excellence in care delivery by utilising available resources effectively, ensuring that every woman and family receives the highest standard of care
• · Champion Equality and Diversity: Advocate for the rights and diverse needs of women and families, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity
• · Thorough Health Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of women and babies to address complex health and wellbeing needs, ensuring that care is responsive and tailored
