Location: Adam Grossert Court, Stenhousemuir, FK5 4QT
Work pattern:17.5 hours (Monday – Friday 9am-12.30pm)
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Cairn Housing Group requires a Court Co Ordinator to provide a high standard of customer service to our tenants, customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain the day-to-day running of the Court in accordance with Cairn HA’s policies and procedures and to deliver housing management services within the Court in accordance with policy and procedure.
The successful applicant should have a significant level of experience in delivering a customer focused service, be IT literate – MS Office Applications have line management experience
