As a Junior Account Handler, you’ll support the team in managing client accounts, building strong insurer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting in reviewing and preparing policy documents, building and maintaining relationships with insurers and clients, and supporting the Account Handling team with administrative and client-focused tasks.
The ideal candidate will have up to 12 months of insurance industry experience, with a basic understanding of insurance fundamentals. Familiarity with policy documents and insurer relationships would be advantageous. We are looking for someone ambitious, career-focused, and eager to learn, with a proactive and determined approach to developing a long-term career in insurance.
