Summary

Are you passionate about making a difference and excelling as a hands-on team player? Via is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to lead our L&D People Team with care, humanity, and integrity.

The Role
We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development, someone who wants to make a difference and who’s great at being a hands-on team player.

You’ll be led by our Values of care, be human and do the right thing. You’ll build trusted relationships across the Via community and lead the L&D People Team in delivering an excellent service.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of leading on the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our L&D strategy and who can personally design and deliver L&D solutions including face to face, eLearning and virtual workshops, leading and enabling others to do so.

The Service
You’ll join Via’s friendly People Team, reporting to the Director of People. We are thrilled to have recently achieved Gold for Investors in People, which demonstrates our commitment to development.

Location
There is flexibility of base and hybrid-working, but the successful candidate will be expected to attend Via Services and external meetings, as required.

Please note, this is a full-time post, but we would consider part time/job share for the right person/people.
