Behaviour Mentor (KS2)
Location: Harrow
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until the end of this academic year, with potential for continuation
We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in Harrow. In this role, you will work closely with Key Stage 2 (KS2) students to support their behavioural needs and help them succeed academically and socially. The role starts ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored behaviour support to KS2 students.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning.
- Work with teachers and SENCo to create individualised support plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting students with behaviour challenges in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management.
