Summary
New Formation Education are working with Primary Schools in West London. Schools are looking for an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately!
We are looking for an experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. You will be working with 3-5 year old children within the Early Years department.
You will be working with children in small groups, on a 1:1 basis and also whole class support with the class teacher in your class.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have some experience working with children/young people in roles such youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering / nursery work will all be considered
- Level 3 EYFS qualified (or similar)
- Be positive, friendly, confident and flexible in approach to working
- Have fantastic maths & English skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time during term time
