If you have business analysis and communication skills, with an eye for detail, we would like to hear from you.
Proven experience of using business and data analysis fundamentals will prove invaluable as the role will be expected to work closely with all services and managers to improve customer service to the residents of Mid Devon and streamline working practices within the organisation.
Experience of implementing software tools to achieve productivity goals would also be beneficial.
The role will be required to work with the Corporate Management Team to organise, schedule and provide the appropriate framework for delivery of the transformation agenda and support the delivery of corporate-wide solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Transforming business processes and driving improvement
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Conducting detailed analysis and documentation of business processes
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes
• Ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and are aligned with strategic goals
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in business analysis, preferably within the public/local government sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is Hybrid based in our head offices in Tiverton. Normal working hours are 9 – 5 Monday to Friday (Flexible working is part of the role). Some out-of-hours work may be required for planned maintenance, upgrades and emergencies. Ability to work onsite or at one of our satellite offices is essential.
