The Nursing Home Manager Overview:
Are you a Nursing Home Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, brain injury and dementia? If so, Cureyoursearch have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading care provider in the Merseyside area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager to join an established team. We are looking for a strong Manager to oversee the nursing home and delivery of the service. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the service complies with all CQC regulations.
- Developing and implementing a quality assurance framework
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the service
- Recruiting and training staff
- Developing relationships with service users, their families and carers
The Nursing Home Manager Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the care sector
- Registered Nurse Qualification
- Residential home experience, working with adults with dementia and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of CQC
The Nursing Home Manager Package:
- Salary c. £58,000
- Performance related bonuses
- 28 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
