Summary
Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Great Finborough, Suffolk
Salary: £12.10 per hour - 37.5 hours per week
Shift Times 7.30am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 10.00pm
Requirement: Must be a car driver and have a UK Driving Lincence

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker role
• Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.
• Encourage and facilitate social interaction, hobbies, and community participation.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
• Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential as full training is given.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.10 per hour
