An exciting opportunity is available within the HR Team in Salford Care Organisation as an Assistant HR Business Partner, working with the Integrated Care Division.

The Assistant HR Business Partner, working with the wider HR Team, will influence, coach and support leaders to create a working environment reflective of our values to Care, Inspire and Appreciate. This role will provide exposure to working with complex employee relations cases, change management including TUPE transfers and people projects in line with best practices and Trust Policies and Procedures.

The post holder will be supported with an in depth induction and personalised development plan to enable them to be successful in this role and support continued professional/personal development.

What we’re looking for

As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will be someone who can:
1. Coach and support leaders with a wide range of operational HR matters, based on policy/ best practice/case law interpretation and knowledge.
2. Analyse and interpret data to inform people/HR related programmes of work.
3. Develop and maintain relationships across a wide range of managers/clinicians/and colleagues, as well as ensuring a partnership working approach.
4. Demonstrate experience of delivering medical workforce programmes and supporting MHPS cases, or a willingness to work towards this.
