Summary

Are you an experienced and compassionate care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our community-based, social care domiciliary care team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact, both by providing hands-on care and by leading and supporting a team of carers to deliver outstanding service.

As a Team Leader, you will:

- Work in the community, providing high-quality care to clients.
- Oversee care practices and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of carers, providing regular guidance and training.
- Provide input into the care planning process, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure care delivery is person centred, safe, and in line with regulatory frameworks and best practices.

About You:

The successful candidate will:

- Have significant recent experience in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting others to achieve the same.
- Have experience in care planning, reviews, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
- Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (essential).

Qualifications:

- In health and social care or leadership (preferred).
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
