About the role

The University is undertaking an exciting programme of work to implement our new Student Record System, SITS. The scope of the programme is focused on providing a modern and flexible student record system with a key emphasis on rationalising and standardising student-related processes. As part of this programme we are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our SRS People Change team.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication, planning, organisation and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and a proven ability to engage and negotiate with a large, diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of SITS training delivery at the strategic and operational level; overseeing the development of learning content, curriculum, and delivery processes for the programme, and reviewing the quality and timely delivery of training resources.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 due to business demand.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can acommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
