SKILLS
- Experience in User Research and evaluation.
- Ability to analyse and collate large volumes of information.
- Experience of service design in an NHS organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management experience.
- Ability to provide recommendations based upon organisational research and data.
