Role: Healthcare Assistant
Salary: £14 per hour
Location: LE16, Market Harborough
Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time
Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday, Days 8am - 8pm, Nights 8pm - 8am
*Shifts Times are to be confirmed, but Monday to Sunday flexibility on offer depending on availability.
About the Role

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Healthcare Assistant within the Market Harborough area who can support a Male service user who requires support with a Tracheostomy and has Multiple system atrophy (MSA), which shows very similar conditions as Parkinsons disease. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are considered more of a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own and especially within the community.
You will need to communicate with him effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving him the opportunity to communicate his needs as well.

Requirements for the Role
Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for an outgoing bubbly candidate, who can show their best assets on providing the highest quality of support.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
- Complex care experience prefered but not a mandatory requirement.
- To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
- Driver will Full UK License preferred.
