About the Role
As an Alternative Provision Specialist Taskforce Outreach Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering inclusion and reducing exclusions across Rochdale. Working flexibly, you will support the delivery of the SEMH Graduated Response and support a tiered alternative provision model. Your role involves empowering schools to better support students at risk of exclusion through training, specialist advice, and collaborative networking. You’ll also build capacity for inclusion by promoting best practices, and fostering partnerships between schools, families, and agencies. This dynamic, multi-agency role focuses on improving educational outcomes and transitions for students, ensuring a brighter future for all.
