About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 09:00am to 17:30pm

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee a team responsible for payroll and intercompany postings ensuring postings are accurate and complete in a timely manner.
  • Review and understand balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the team completing balance sheet reconciliations across two systems and two chart of accounts.
  • Support the finance manager with implementation of best practice within the team.
  • Support the team through a challenging transitional phase including company hive ups and systems integrations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • Planning and diary management skills
  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise workloads to important deadlines
  • Clear communication skills (use of email and calls)
  • Understanding of catering or retail operations would be desirable to help improve understanding of data processing. Minimum AAT level 4 or sufficient QBE demonstrated through previous positions held
