Summary
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of Jannet Security Services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven track record in business development, sales, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security services sector, including government, corporate, and commercial clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, ensuring Jannet Security Services remains competitive and innovative.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ needs, showcasing the company’s range of security solutions.
• Lead the bid process for new business, collaborating with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure the successful submission of proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor and track the progress of business development efforts, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and other business development tools.
• Stay updated with industry changes, technological advancements, and regulatory updates that may impact the security services market.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the security services industry.
• Strong knowledge of security solutions such as manned guarding, surveillance systems, access control, and alarm monitoring.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in managing client accounts from prospecting to closing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand and adapt to client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other business development tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to security services is a plus.
