Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Finance Business Partner (HRA) to join the team on a temporary basis. The Finance Business Partner will provide high-level financial advice and support to senior members and will contribute towards budgeting, financial planning, closure of accounts and forecasting. The postholder will report into the Head of Housing Finance and will oversee rent accounting and rent setting as well as managing the housing revenue account.
Candidate Criteria
- Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant
- Experience of HRA Accounting and Rent Accounting within a Local Authority
- Experience of providing high-level financial advice and support to senior members.
- Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
