We opened our new Miiro hotels in Paris and Barcelona this Summer and we are opening our new Miiro Hotels in London and two properties in Vienna in 2025.
As a Reservations Agent, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Managing all guest reservations and ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience
Deal with all reservation requests and changes, accurately processing bookings, and assisting guests with their needs
Work closely with Front of House department to maintain inventory, manage pre-payments, and support both individual and group bookings
What we are looking for
Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills.
Previous Front of House or Reservations experience essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends.
