To start in September 2025, we are looking for primary and secondary teachers, including ECTs, to join our St Teresa of Calcutta Multi Academy Company (MAC) family. We are offering you the opportunity to attend a ‘St Teresa of Calcutta MAC Experience Day’ and following this, if you are interested in working in one of St Teresa of Calcutta MAC schools, an opportunity to apply for our St Teresa of Calcutta MAC Teacher Pool.

What is involved in a St Teresa of Calcutta MAC Experience Day?
These days are informal, it is not like attending an interview. They provide you with the opportunity to find out more about working in a St Teresa of Calcutta MAC school and to gain a ‘feel’ of what are schools are like. You will have the opportunity to meet and talk to some our children and staff and to visit classrooms. Staff will be available to answer any questions you may have and to talk about teaching in a Birmingham school and what it is to be a member of the MAC family. During your visit they may ask you a little about yourself. Your visit will last approximately 90 minutes.
