Crynodeb
We are looking for Nurses/Midwives who are able to: provide excellent clinical care, including counselling and psychological support to patients and partners assess, plan and implement care pathways build up positive working relationships with other members of the multi-disciplinary team facilitate nurse/midwife led clinics offer telephone support/advice services act as an advocate for patients and their partners to interpret ultrasound reports and plan appropriate care to be able to provide clinical supervision and teaching of other health professionals to take part in the ongoing development of the service including audit to provide evidence of continuing professional development to keep up to date with changes in practice and current research
