Roles and Responsibilities
- Applying their strong business analysis skills to analyse business processes, producing actionable insights and recommendations, and presenting findings to stakeholders with support from senior design leads.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive innovation and service improvements.
- Developing high quality user stories and participating in requirement-gathering activities, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
- Supporting sprint activities, working with digital colleagues to support the development and testing of system changes.
- Tracking and reporting progress on change activities, escalating issues as necessary, and suggesting potential resolutions to senior colleagues.
- Working closely with Enablement and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and landing of changes.
- Providing input into training needs analysis and working with the L&D community to enhance learning products as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with DWP policies and procedures for all proposed changes including security-related matters.
