We’re on the lookout for a passionate and people-driven person to run The Maltsters —a gem of a pub on the doorstep of Cheshunt Train Station. The ideal candidate will be someone ready to take this well-loved venue to even greater heights and ensure it remains a cornerstone of the community
This traditional two-bar operation is at the heart of the community, offers live Sky and TNT Sports, a bustling public bar, with pool & darts and a cosy, sociable lounge bar.
As a 100% wet-led pub, The Maltsters has a vibrant atmosphere, and we’re seeking someone with the energy and vision to elevate its popularity even further. If you’re ready to create a fun and welcoming venue where the community loves to gather, this is your chance to make a real impact!

Salary and Benefits
- Salary of up to £31,500 per annum live-in, dependant on experience
- Accommodation consists of a 2 bedroomed flat.
