Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ICT, Business Support Team (Housing).




A critical role is being advertised to support the delivery of a responsive and strategically driven ICT & Digital service. Key to this is to ensure the service effectively responds to the challenges, and opportunities encountered by Neighbourhoods & Housing providing them with ICT solutions.
The post holder will support the users and also ensure key ICT & Digital solutions are maintained for a range of products for the service. NEC Housing being the major solution for Neighbourhoods & Housing with various projects taking this forward and incorporates other corporate solutions.
We are looking to appoint a creative and self-motivated individual with excellent ICT and communication skills. Excellent working knowledge and experience of NEC Housing Systems would be beneficial.
You will have the skills to work well with colleagues at all levels and be able to respond to queries using technology solutions in response to business problems.
In addition, you will have a good knowledge of the HRA Council’s current and future ICT application portfolio.
