Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a very special teacher to work across the curriculum developing and supporting a small group of our children. Someone who can support both academic learning and social development, above and beyond what would be expected in a standard classroom.
A person who believes in giving every child the opportunities and skills they need to thrive in their education.
You could have a primary, secondary, special school or AP background but you will definitely be resilient, determined and committed to developing the whole child.
You will collaborate with the AHT Culture and Conduct, SENDCO, Dept leads and pastoral staff to devise and deliver a programme that covers the KS3 curriculum extensively tailored to the children’s needs. Time each and every day will be provided for opportunities that are creative, enriching and aid social development with input from internal and external groups.
