Summary

Team Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews

Fixed Term Position: 12 month Duration

Covering Birmingham - Due to regular travel the role does require access to transport (i.e. daily commutes, multi-site travel on occasion)

What you will be doing?

  • Direct Line Management of the team
  • Mentoring, training & developing the team to perform their roles effectively, including managing caseloads of medium & high-risk service users
  • Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing the day-to-day quality of provision & managing performance

To be successful you will require;

  • Previous Team Management / Lead experience is essential
  • Experience of overseeing performance, mentoring & supporting colleagues, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively network & build relationships internally & externally
