Summary
The Mother Shipton Inn in North Yorkshire are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
• Working alongside the head chef - Learning different Techniques & Butchery Skills
• Using local produce you will cook everything from scratch
• Encouraged to make suggestions for new creations
• Also new suggestion's for the menu
Requirements:
• Must be reliable
• A good communicator
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must have a genuine passion for food
• Must be presentable
Grades:
A*-C in Maths & English
Hours:
Working 5 Days out of 7 / Earliest start 9am - Latest finish 10pm / 30 minute paid lunch / 35 Hours per week
