Health Care Assistant - North Wales

Key responsibilities:

• Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
• Emotional support & support with activities

Requirements:

- Must hold full UK driving licnse & have access to a vehicle

- Be over the age of 18

Whether you have experience in a care setting or nursing home; if you have been a care assistant in the community; a private carer for a family member; or no care experience at all, we offer full training and support to become a qualified and confident care assistant.

You must be 18 and have a full UK driving licence to apply for this role and it is subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will also be required to provide satisfactory professional and/or character references.
