Summary
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an existing band 5 Occupational therapist to take up a development role within our Holy Name community rehab centre team in Hull.
We are an 8 - 8 service with a 7 day working opportunity on a rota basis.
We work with a variety of complex patients with multiple comorbidities within the bedded unit, completing Occupational therapy assessments and interventions to contribute towards the successful discharge of our patients.
• The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, which is responsible for delivering high quality treatment interventions to patients in hull and the east riding with multiple co-morbidities
• To undertake occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions within an intermediate care setting and the community.
• To provide support and clinical supervision to identified members of the team and to offer clinical supervision and guidance on individual case management.
• To contribute to the in-service training programme and the continued professional development of staff.
• To manage a complex case load under supervision.
• To support and supervise staff, students and support workers.
