Salary: Up to £13.25 per hour
Contract: 40 hours per week/ Full Time

Tops Devonport Nursery is a 53 place Day Nursery & Pre-School situated in Devonport, Plymouth. The nursery run several extra-curricular activities including Cooking school, Boogie Mites, Yoga, Meditation and much more!

Responsibilities: Your role as Deputy Manager/Trainee Manager encompasses:
- Collaborating in the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly room checks and associated action plans
- Active monitoring and appropriate handling of accident trends
- Inspiring and managing your team, providing tailored motivation and training aligned with unit needs
- Efficient resource management, routine organization, and seamless communication with senior management
- Expertise in creating settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journey
- Unwavering commitment to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery
