We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Asset Strategy Manager our Asset Data Analyst provide support Asset Strategy Data Team and ensure that reporting for the department is accurate, validated and relevant.





What do our Asset Data Analyst do;

Provide specialist support to the Compliance Team in relation to data analysis and assurance reporting.

Support the Asset Strategy Manager to deliver high quality data analysis and reporting to drive the Asset Management Strategy and investment programmes

Update, develop and maintain the asset management systems.

Provide high quality data analysis to support the development and ongoing management of a range investment programmes.

Ensure that systems are in place so that MSV performance targets in relation to asset servicing, investment planning and maintenance expenditure are met.

Achieve continuous improvement for the Group by developing new approaches for dealing with trend and gap analysis, reporting and investment planning.



What we are looking for;

Hold or working to qualifications in Data, Statistics or Quality Management .

Experience working within a data analysis, reporting or performance management environment

Strong experience and understanding of KPI’s and Performance Management

Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to produce accurate and transparent reporting to support a large, complex investment programme

Have knowledge of MRI Assets (previously known as Promaster or Orchard Assets)

Excellent data systems and data management skills with the ability to use data to determine robust responses and recommendations to the management of the Group’s stock portfolio
