Summary
I am an active, independent, friendly woman living in my own home in Stratford Upon Avon. I would like my PA to support me once a week for 5 hours. You must be able to work on a one to one basis with me, previous experience in care is preferred. To support with everyday living tasks Support to access local community Support with personal shopping as well as groceries Support to mobility scooter and putting into/out of car.
