Summary

We are looking for a dedicated HLTA Inclusion Lead on behalf of a dynamic and supportive secondary school that is committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and academic excellence.
As the HLTA Inclusion Lead, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and students to support and implement the school’s inclusion strategy. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that students with additional needs receive tailored support to reach their potential, enabling them to fully participate in school life and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead on individual and group interventions to promote inclusive practices
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create and implement individual learning plans
• Support and mentor teaching assistants in delivering high-quality support
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Champion an inclusive school culture, ensuring all students feel valued and supported

• Exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy
