Position: Graduate Structural Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural systems and components for diverse building and infrastructure projects.
- Support senior engineers in creating technical drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to evaluate conditions and ensure designs align with specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals.
- Help enhance and refine design processes and procedures.
- Prepare project documentation and liaise with clients on project-related matters.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools is a plus, though training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Ambition to achieve professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer status through ICE or IStructE).
