Position: Forklift Driver/Labourer OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and become a valuable member of their team. The Forklift Driver/Labourer will be responsible for general warehousing duties, operating a counterbalance forklift, and assisting with labouring and handballing goods in the warehouse.
Working HoursThis is a full-time position, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive pay ranging from £11.50 - £11.96 per hour, along with holiday pay (PAYE) and weekly pay. There is also potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general warehousing duties, including loading and unloading deliveries
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to ensure efficient movement of goods
• Assist with labouring and handballing goods around the warehouse
• Valid Counter Balance certificate
• Proficient in operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Previous experience in warehousing or yard work
