JOB TITLE: Graduate Customer Services Coordinator
Overall purpose of the job:

Your focus will be in supplying excellent support to our range of customers across the UK. You will become an expert in our products, services and systems and once trained will be able to deal with all elements from customer enquiry, to order raising and managing customer expectations into our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and self motivated and work well within a team. Attention to detail and the ability to manage a range of priorities is key for you to be successful in this role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Receive and co-ordinate customer enquiries from quotation through to delivery
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Ensure commercial expectations are delivered within defined parameters
• Support and promote our customers understanding of our technical capabilities & service offering
• Develop understanding of administrative requirements throughout the businesses process to offer support and cover
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Degree educated – ideally a business related discipline
• Proven customer focused experience, understanding the importance of positive communication
• Customer and colleague friendly in approach.
• Ability to work in a demanding customer facing role delivering against agreed deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high work ethic.
• A good team player.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc
• PC literate
• Ability to coordinate orders and communicate to both customers and the internal team.
• A desire to provide exceptional levels of service.
• Self motivated.
• A will to help others.
• Ability to coordinate others in relation to customer activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and judgement of communication method applicable to individual circumstances.
• Ability to get to work under own steam
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 5.00pm Friday 9.00 – 4.45pm
SALARY: £25,000 – £28,000
HOLIDAY: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
BENEFITS: Company contribution pension scheme available after 6-month probation period.
