Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in Peterborough. Working Monday to Friday – 8am - 5.30pm. In this role, you will supervise the weld and assembly teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality production and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring team members work efficiently and effectively to achieve quality and safety standards. (ISO09001)
Ensure all relevant equipment are calibrated at required dates with all records updated.
Train team members, encourage high standards, and foster teamwork.
Work with the team and other departments to achieve targets .
Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
Conduct cross-training to cover essential areas like paint and dispatch.
Qualifications:
Team leading or Supervisory experience in a warehouse/factory.
Familiarity with ISO9001 and health and safety standards.
Hands on experience.
Pay Rate:
£14.96 - £17.09 per hour (Depending on experience)
