Job Details
- Working collaboratively with our operational leadership team to review and monitor outcomes/KPIs using data to support improvements through technical development (creation of material and delivery).
- Identifying technical needs/themes for individual colleagues when creating and delivering technical development and working collaboratively with team leaders to build technical capability across the teams
- Being the referral and escalation point for colleagues (or suppliers where relevant) with technical queries.
- Supporting the technical lead to cultivate the right capability for their functions, including the delivery of new colleague training from the academy, to developing individuals through the competency framework.
- Utilize data gathered through audits, team leader coaching, and control reports to identify systemic/thematic development requirements and create/ implement solutions.
- Manage a timely and cost-effective settlement of a high-value and complex personal caseload.
- Ensure a strong understanding of market developments which may impact our subrogated recovery performance. Provide technical input to support the development of appropriate strategies to mitigate risks.
Skills we would love you to have
- Previous experience or knowledge of Intervention with the ability to coach and support teams, and deliver results
- Strategic thinker with the ability to set a vision for gaining and maintaining competitive advantage within a fast-paced environment; embraces learning and self-development with a high level of self-awareness and drive.
- Outcome-focused with a results-oriented and fast-paced approach, driving decision-making to achieve ambitious goals.
