As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment where our residents can develop independence and engage in educational growth.

We collaborate with external partners to provide enriching experiences, and our fleet of vehicles enables residents to explore the beautiful local community and countryside.
The Role:
As a Night Support Worker, your shifts will typically run from 9:00 PM to 7:45 AM, with a requirement to work at least two weekends out of four. You’ll be integral in ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere throughout the night, helping residents maintain their routines and celebrating every step of their progress.
