Summary
deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, Bath and New York.
We are looking for a highly motivated, capable, and friendly person to join our rapidly growing team of highly experienced carpenters, joiners and machinists who will teach you how to manufacture doors for all four deVOL ranges.
Your job at deVOL will involve:
- Assisting in the manufacture and preparation of high-quality bespoke kitchen furniture.
- Completing a variety of cutting lists with various types of wood.
- A weekly rotation between door assembly and the machine room.
- Preparing components and manufacturing doors for all four deVOL ranges - Real - - Shaker, Classic English, Sebastian Cox, and The Haberdashers.
- Completing all work to our high specification.

We offer a competitive salary, based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
