6-Bed Residential Home for children and young adults Aged 5-18

£24.000 - £26000 per ann with Company Pension Scheme, Study Support, Bonus.

40 Hours a week with flexible for night shifts.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a dedicated Children Team Leader to support the management and lead staff on shift.

We are looking for a devoted Team Leader to join our dynamic team and help us achieve this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for residents and staff.
    • Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.
    • Monitor and document young people's progress, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
    • Support effective multi-agency working and positive relationships with staff, the local community, local authorities, other professional agencies, and significant others involved in the young person's life.
    • Conduct training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Promote and encourage the participation of young people in the decision-making process of the home and the wider community, and assist in seeking information and advice from appropriate sources.
    • Adhere to the company’s Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.
