Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is looking to recruit Administrators for a Public Sector client based in Risca, Newport. These roles are immediate starts for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who has a strong administration background and who is available to start as soon as possible.

Job Profile

Working in a busy and at times demanding environment, you will support the administration team in the provision of an efficient service to staff, students and external customers. The role is varied, it includes communicating effectively with people external to the company. This involves greeting people who visit or call on the phone and dealing with their enquiries effectively and sensitively. This role may involve creating documents, producing and distributing mail-merge documents, using corporate formats as required.
