Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Mobile Catering Officer to work for a Public Sector client in Cardiff. Providing catering services to 20 schools across Cardiff. This position is ongoing with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the dining area for service, including the moving and setting up of furniture and putting away
Assist in the food preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages
Clean all equipment and catering areas
Maintain inventory of food supplies and order additional supplies
Manage budgets for food supplies
Experience / Skills
Previous catering and food preparation experience is essential
Ability to cook
Food Hygiene Level 2
Enhanced DBS is required for this role
Driving Licence and use of vehicle is essential.
To work under pressure and use own initiative. Work as part of a team.
Good customer care skills
Working Hours / Days
- Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
- Term time only.
